How do we work together?

We start by understanding your current business processes, existing acquisition channels, and your goals and deadlines — for example, letters of engagement as proof of scale for a Series A round. We then decide the best way forwards, whether a short engagement or longer-term fractional work.

What's the minimum engagement?

Whether you need advice on optimising an affiliate programme, someone to create referral agreements, or guidance on scaling an existing partnership — we offer one-hour consultation calls with no obligation to work together long-term.

Where do we sit within your business?

Most founders come to us needing access to high-intent leads, maximum distribution, trust with target customers, and the ability to scale all three. We come in at the moment of "we need to scale — where do we go from here?" Usually that's pre-Series A, working with you to hit criteria for your investment round: commercial proof, waitlist building, distribution engagements, letters of engagement, and international expansion strategy.

Are we too early for partners?

Almost always no. As long as you have a goal — proving commercial viability, understanding market fit, learning your total addressable market — we can work together to define your ICP and build strategy on top of it.
